President Yoshiaki, NOGUCHI

Mr. Noguchi is president of HR Institute. He received his Master’s degree from Yokohama National University Graduate School of Engineering, after which he began his career at an architectural design office. Subsequently, he joined a major Japanese consulting firm, where, as head of the Management Consulting division, he advised more than 200 companies and local governments. In 1993, he established HR Institute (“Human Resource Institute,” or “HRI”), a consulting firm in Tokyo. He is also a visiting lecturer of Business and Public Policies in Chukyo University and a deputy vice-president of an NPO dedicated to training teachers in business management skills.
HRI's corporate message is, “We choose who we are". HRI values “effective consulting," which provides focused, action-oriented programs for companies and organizations.
HRI can provide consulting support to your corporation or organization in the creation of its vision and strategy, its marketing and sales strategies, its internal venture programs, etc.  Our client-specific approach offers you the choice of how to go about realizing your objectives—through consultation, work-out programs (action learning), seminars, or any combination of these,.
In June 2003, Mr. Noguchi established “Vision House," the home of HRI, where programs could be provided not only to realize the vision and dreams of entrepreneurial and corporate business people,, but of teachers, children, students, housewives-–in short, everybody with a vision and the desire to achieve it..

Co-Founder and COOMikako, INAMASU

Ms. Inamasu, co-founder of HRI, began her career at Fujitsu Co., Ltd. as a Systems Engineer. After leaving Fujitsu, Ms. Inamasu received her MBA at the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird School of Global Management), where she majored in International Marketing. She established HRI with Mr. Noguchi and others in 1993. She is a major writer of HRI books, and hosts a TV program, “Business Break Through". Since April 2005, she has been a professor of the Business Break-Through Graduate University Management Program.

Ms Inamasu’s key areas of support are: the development of marketing strategies for top-ranked companies, new businesses, corporate mission and vision, new products and services, CRM, social.

Senior Consultant Katsumasa, NESORI
Mr. Nesori graduated from Rikkyo University Faculty of Economics, and began his career at human resource education consulting firm where his experience included seminar program for fresh executive officers and mid-careers. He had transferred to a management consulting firm which he was in charge of building corporate philosophy and vision, planning management strategy, developing human resources, and CI projects. He joins HRI as a Senior consultant, and is engaged in building vision & strategy for companies, and changing technology marketing. He also one of major HRI books writers.

Senior Consultant Tomomi, UCHIDA
Ms. Uchida started her careers at an international organization for supporting developing countries after graduated from Meiji University Faculty of Business. She went through an experience of working for a major consulting firm, and later joined HRI. She had a master degree of counseling psychology at Tsukuba University graduate school, and is a industrial counselor. She supports to train human resources, activate organization through projects of company vision, management strategy, marketing strategy, and is also one of major writers of HRI books.

Chief Consultant Ayaka, SOMEYA
Ms. Someya graduated from AoyamaGakuin University graduated school International politics and economics major. She began her career at Sony Co., Ltd, and engaged in video product planning. Through studied in the States, she joined HRI. As a marketing consultant, she supports planning marketing strategy, starting new business, developing digital contents and so on. She is also a member of HRI books writers, and instructor of logical thinking seminar or presentation seminar.

Chief Consultant Tomotaka, MORIYA
Mr. Moriya graduated from Kobe University graduated school Natural Science Research major, and began his career as a municipal engineering engineer, and engaged in municipal engineering, designing large scale commercial facility businesses, and conducting consultation. He later joined HRI, and as a marketing consultant, he supports making marketing strategy for major companies, changing sales process, or starting new businesses. He also is a major writers of HRI books and a Know-How Do-How seminar instructor.

Chief Consultant Hideki, KUNITOMO
Mr. Kunitomo graduated from Meiji University Faculty of Business. He started his career as a charge of developing human resource at major credit card company. He joins HRI as a marketing consultant, and supports building business plans and marketing strategies. He is also a instructor of Presentation Seminar and Logical Thinking Seminar, and one of major writers of HRI books.

Chief Consultant Ken, MISAKA
Mr. Misaka graduated from Keio University Faculty of Economics, and started his career at major general insurance company where his experience including insurance sales and developing products, and building human resources education system. He joins HRI as a marketing consultant, and supports consulting management, developing educational contents, and developing career for young business persons. He also is a major HRI books writer.

Consultant Junko, KOJIMA
Ms. Kojima graduated from Seikei University Faculty of Literature and culture. She started her career as commercial planning at Senden-Kaigi. She was in charge of planning, managing, and promoting of educational classes held buy Senden-Kaigi. She joined HRI as a consultant, and supported conducting marketing strategy consultation for major companies, or developing new business. She also is a major HRI book writers, and a instructor of Logical Thinking seminar and Presentation seminar.

Chief Consultant Hideaki, AZUMA
Mr. Azuma started his career at a major security company after graduated from Gakushuin University Faculty of Economics. He served in planning security system and conducting operations. He transferred his career to a major aero location survey company to conduct consulting sales of GIS and data mining software. He later joined HRI, and mainly takes part in management consulting, marketing research, various of seminars. His last degree is Atkinson Graduate School of Management, Willamette University had a MBA. He also is a member of HRI books major writer.

Consultant Naoshi, KANOU
Mr. Kanou graduated from university and studied in the U.K. He started his career at major architectural materials, and was a leader of promoting sales channel of IT. He also instructed channel, and instructed building skills etc. He was honored by the previous company 6 years in a low. After quitting his job, he joined HRI as a management consultant, logical thinking seminar and presentation seminar etc, and also is a major writer of HRI books.

Consultant Naoko, ISHIDA
Ms. Ishida graduated from Ryukyu University Faculty of International Language and Culture, and began her career at foreign food chain company where her experience included developing human resources and leaning system. She joined HRI as a consultant, and supports planning strategy of products developing, enabling a higher job retention rate project. She also develops educational contents, instructs various seminars.

Consultant Toshihiro, NAKANO
Mr. Nakano graduated from Keio University faculty of business, and went through his career at Johnson and Johnson Co., Ltd., Fujitsu Co., Ltd., Coca-Cola Japan Co., Ltd. where he was mainly engaged in marketing and finance section, and experienced planning business plans and profit analysis from product development. He later joined HRI, and supports to planning new business and vision & strategy for major companies as a consultant. He also is in charge of various seminars and writing HRI books.

HRI Partner / Senior Consultant Ginger Griggs
Ms. Ginger Griggs is a Tokyo-based business consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach whose passion is to help her clients reach their full leadership potential. In support of this goal, Ms. Griggs draws on a wide range of approaches, skills, and conceptual tools that she continues to refine after 20 years as an educator, almost a decade in Europe and Japan as an executive in The Coca-Cola Company, and 7 years as a business consultant, trainer, facilitator, and coach in Japan. Throughout her years in international business, Ms. Griggs has had the opportunity to work extensively with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams, and with both senior executives and aspiring young “high-potentials." As an educator and trainer, Ms. Griggs has had extensive experience in the development and delivery of programs for individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and age groups. She supports her English-speaking multicultural clientsムboth individuals and organizations--in all areas of personal and organizational leadership development, including: leadership of one's self and of others, strategy development, goal and priority setting and execution, conflict resolution, team-building, risk-taking, time management, and all aspects of effective communication.
