
Mr. Noguchi is president of HR Institute. He received his Master’s degree
from Yokohama National University Graduate School of Engineering, after which
he began his career at an architectural design office. Subsequently, he joined
a major Japanese consulting firm, where, as head of the Management Consulting
division, he advised more than 200 companies and local governments. In 1993,
he established HR Institute (“Human Resource Institute,” or “HRI”), a consulting
firm in Tokyo. He is also a visiting lecturer of Business and Public Policies
in Chukyo University and a deputy vice-president of an NPO dedicated to training
teachers in business management skills.
HRI's corporate message is, “We choose who we are". HRI values “effective
consulting," which provides focused, action-oriented programs for companies
and organizations.
HRI can provide consulting support to your corporation or organization in the

In June 2003, Mr. Noguchi established “Vision House," the home of HRI, where
programs could be provided not only to realize the vision and dreams of entrepreneurial
and corporate business people,, but of teachers, children, students, housewives-–in
short, everybody with a vision and the desire to achieve it..
Mr. Noguchi is the author of more than 60 books in Japanese, among them: "Company

Ms. Inamasu, co-founder of HRI, began her career at Fujitsu Co., Ltd. as
a Systems Engineer. After leaving Fujitsu, Ms. Inamasu received her MBA at
the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird School
of Global Management), where she majored in International Marketing. She
established HRI with Mr. Noguchi and others in 1993. She is a major writer
of HRI books, and hosts a TV program, “Business Break Through". Since
April 2005, she has been a professor of the Business Break-Through Graduate
University Management Program.
