Japanese Management Course

This is an adult learning course in Japanese Management presented by HRInstitute (Japan) and Dong A College (Vietnam).

Japanese Management methodology has attracted attention all over the world. Nurturing human resources and technologies from a long-term perspective, it offers a clear contrast to the Western style of management, wherein many companies have failed due to the current economic and financial crisis.

This course focuses on the implementation of basic concepts, management and personnel development methods that Japanese small companies have used to grow into global giants such as Toyota, Sony, Honda, Panasonic and many others, along with the most advanced management theories and illustrative case studies.

  For managers and others in charge who want to enhance productivity at their actual work site.
  
  Participants learn about Toyota's improvement exercises and productive site-building communication methods used by the most successful companies.
  
  
• Japanese Management Course
  Eight classes of two hours each, 16 hours in total. US$120 per person.
  For corporate managers and others who want to help their own companies achieve long-term growth, guided by Japanese management methods.
  
  Covering corporate management tactics and methods used by Japanese companies like Toyota, Honda, Sony, Panasonic, Hitachi and others, this course shows participants how to connect the power of Japanese management to their own companies' visions and strategic planning.
